We exist to love God and others, to grow together in Christ, and to inspire life-change. We want to carry this torch and pass it on to the next generation, teaching women that God’s love never fails. Below you’ll find some ways to get involved in the Women’s Ministry at Greenwood Christian. For any current events with registrations, please visit our events page.

We are excited to bring Jennifer Rothschild and special guest, Angie Smith, with musical talent Meredith Andrews. You will fall in love with Jennifer's authentic and humorous teaching style.
Volunteer teams are forming. We need 120 volunteers to fill 25 teams. Contact Kathy Stahlhut for details.
Taste and see: Discovering God Among Butchers, bakers, and fresh food makers
Saturdays, April 27-June 15, 8:30-10am
Meets at Tomi Lessaris' home. To register, contact Tomi directly, before April 14. Long before Rachel Ray learned to eat on forty dollars a day, God was the original foodie. As humans, we hunger for things beyond physical appetite. We hunger to be known; for others to accept, understand, and adore us; for someone to love and cherish with our affection. Knowing that food was created not to just satiate our bellies as we gather around the table but to create a place where God could meet us and fill our hearts, let's discover the meaning of the appetite for His Word.
bible study: sermon on the mount
May 2-June 27, 6:30-8:30pm
Cost $14. Register here by April 21. Most of us have only encountered the Sermon on the Mount in fragments, considering its subdivisions as complete teachings in their own right-a study on blessedness, a reflection on the Lord's Prayer, a discussion on religious devotion, etc. But, what if we navigated these three chapters in Matthew as they were originally heard: as one cohesive, well-ordered message, intended to challenge us to think differently about what it means to be a follower of Jesus, a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. Come and learn from Jesus, just as his disciples did.
