Student Mission Trips

Each year our students have the opportunity to participate in mission projects, activities, and trips designed to progressively introduce them to missions. These opportunities are broken down into three levels.

101- Local service project in the greater Indianapolis area

201- Regional work trip in the United States

301- International evangelism-centered trip in another country

  • baltimore: Making all things new

In July, 2017, a group of high school students and adult leaders spent a week in Baltimore, Maryland, partnering with Orchard Group's church plant, The Foundry in Baltimore. While there, participants experienced a different culture and mindset about western Christianity. Maryland was 90% Anglican Christian in 1633 as one of the original colonies. Today, Baltimore is 90% unchurched due to secularization. Thank you for your prayers and support as we worked alongside The Foundry in Baltimore.

  • engage: Knoxville

In June, 2017, a group of middle school and high school students and adult leaders spent a week in Knoxville, Tennessee, with CIY Engage. They prepared for a life of Kingdom work through service, worship, and age intentional training, and were inspired to engage our community with the love of Christ.
