The Director of Operations is the primary developer and protector of GCC’s infrastructure. The Director of Operations will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to develop and implement plans, systems, & processes for facilities management, financial and legal affairs, human resources, technology resources, and administrative support.

This position is responsible for the daily operations of GCC grounds, providing an attractive, safe, and welcoming campus.
