The Director of Operations is the primary developer and protector of GCC’s infrastructure. The Director of Operations will collaborate with staff, volunteers, and vendors to develop and implement plans, systems, & processes for facilities management, financial and legal affairs, human resources, technology resources, and administrative support.

creative team administrative assistant (pT)
The Creative Team Administrative Assistant helps to facilitate the administrative and organizational aspects of creative projects, events, and day-to-day operations within the creative department of Greenwood Christian Church. This role is directed by the Worship, Production, & Communications staff under leadership of the Creative Team Leader.
discipleship minister
The Discipleship Minister serves as the point leader for strategies that foster spiritual formation and the development of a disciple-making culture at GCC. This role promotes alignment of leaders of all groups, studies, and classes with the mission, beliefs, values, vision, and discipleship strategy of GCC. This leader models, coaches, and equips others to grow as disciples who make disciples.

elementary classroom teachers
Candidates must love Jesus and children, and hold a Bachelor's degree in elementary education. Indiana State Teaching License, or the ability to obtain one, preferred. Responsibilities include: Planning and implementing engaging lessons that follow the school's designated scope and sequence, as well as the Indiana State Academic Standards, keeping accurate records of student progress and attendance, and managing a safe and loving environment for all students that reflects the love of Jesus.
