Lifeway Simulcast: Pursuing Christ Together

Saturday, April 17 | 9:30am-5:30pm | Room 408 | Cost $25

GCC Women’s Ministry will host a live viewing of the 2021 Lifeway Women Live Simulcast: Pursuing Christ Together. All women are invited to attend this full-day event filled with practical Bible teaching in an unapologetic and unshakeable manner to pursue and come to know Christ better. Join us as we learn, worship, lunch, and intentionally engage and meet with other sisters in Christ. Bring a friend and let’s dive deep into a better relationship with our maker! The cost to attend is $25 per person and includes lunch, snacks, and water.

Close-Knit Friends

1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th Wednesday of each month | 9-11am & 6-8pm | Room 405

For women with a passion for knitting and crocheting! These women create all types of fun projects from flip-flops to prayer shawls to beanies. Leaders are Connie Dwyer and Sue Hubbard (morning group) and Thelma Goulet (evening group). We create cards and projects for all occasions. We also provide encouragement cards for missions, graduate cards for youth, and sympathy cards for pastoral care. Anyone is welcome to join us and share creativity. Contact Deb Callon, 317-535-1805 for more information.

Friend to Friend

1st & 3rd Wednesday of the month | 11am-12:15pm | Room 502A&D (usually have lunch that is catered in)

This ministry is led by Karen Wade and Cindy Huffman. They provide help to widows and women who live without a spouse to connect with others in a small group format. Coordination of help with some needs around the homes of widows and support for them through our Service Teams is offered. Contact Karen, 317-701-2238 or Cindy, 317-372-5886.

Funeral Dinners

Meets: as needed

We are now accepting team members who can prepare a dish to bring to a funeral dinner. You will be placed on a team of 10 other women who will bring dishes. Teams rotate often. If you'd like to serve but don't have a lot of time, this spot is for you!

Martha Circle

2nd Wednesday of each month | 9:30-11am | Room 502A&D

This mature group of women loves to serve not only our GCC family and our school, but our community as well.
