This Week's Message

Is God Deserving of My Best?

Worship is more than routine, obligation, or outward appearance. In the book of Book of Malachi, God confronts a people whose worship had become careless and half-hearted, challenging them to consider whether He is truly worthy of their best. The depth of our worship is often revealed through sacrifice, obedience, and the priorities we choose to place before God.

Celebrating Ellen Sheets

For more than two decades, Ellen Sheets has invested deeply in the lives of students, families, staff, and our church community through her leadership, care, and unwavering commitment to Christian education. Her impact can be seen not only in the growth of Greenwood Christian School, but also in the countless relationships she has built and the generations she has helped shape along the way.

Join us for Ellen’s retirement celebration this Sunday, May 17, from 2–5 PM in the Commons and RM 502 A&D as we honor and thank her for her years of ministry and leadership.

Ellen will be recognized in both services this Sunday and will also be at the Pop-Up in the Commons. Be sure to stop by, thank her for her service, and take a moment to write her a note of encouragement as she begins this new season.

Clarity Baby Bottle Initiative
Now through Father's Day

Help make a tangible impact in our community by helping to provide care and support for pregnant mothers right here in Johnson County. Pick up a baby bottle in the breezeway this weekend, fill it with cash, coins, or a check (made out to Clarity), and return it at the Clarity table in the Commons by Father’s Day. You can also give online at claritycares.org.

As you participate, you’re also invited to join Clarity’s One Prayer. One Life. campaign,
covering this ministry in prayer as they serve and care for families in our community.
